Gender Based Violence Prevention Network's Perspectives on Prevention Newsletter

The Gender Based Violence (GBV) Prevention Network produces a tri-annual newsletter called Perspectives on Prevention. The newsletter is designed to keep members updated on: network activities, current issues relating to GBV prevention, and the experiences and promising practices of other member organisations. It is written for activists and practitioners committed to preventing gender-based violence in the Horn, East, and Southern Africa. The newsletter is part of the GBV Prevention Network’s goals to: provide member organisations with relevant information about and access to resources on violence prevention; build solidarity between organisations working on violence; strengthen capacity of members on critical issues and methodologies; and advocate for increased interest and investment for preventing gender-based violence prevention in the regions. The publication is available as a hardcopy or can be downloaded from the GBV Prevention Network website.
